Bio/CV

 I am an assistant professor of economics at Williams College and an affiliate of the CESifo research network (Climate and Energy Economics).  I am also an associate editor of the Journal of Economic Growth. My work on second-best climate policies is currently funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation.
